At StarLitLotusStudio, all products are handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure quality upon arrival. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and responsibilities.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Business Hours

Our business hours are:

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)

We are closed on weekends and observe all U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after purchase.

Orders placed Monday–Friday during business hours are usually shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship the following business day.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Processing time refers to order preparation and packaging and does not include shipping transit time.


3. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service using:

USPS Priority Mail

We do not offer alternate carriers at this time.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on order total:

Orders $0.00 – $79.99: Flat rate of $10.00
Orders $80.00 and above: Free Shipping

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within:

3–4 business days according to USPS estimates.

Total estimated delivery time:

Approximately 4–5 business days
(Processing time + shipping transit)

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.


6. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the USPS system.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders cannot be modified once they have shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• Reshipment fees will apply
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable


8. Weather & Carrier Delays

StarLitLotusStudio is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier service disruptions
• High seasonal shipping volume

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.


9. Heat Exposure (Candles)

During periods of extreme heat, candles may soften or melt during transit or while sitting in mailboxes.

While we package products carefully, temperature conditions during shipping are outside of our control.

Customers may contact us if significant heat damage occurs and provide photos for review.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

StarLitLotusStudio is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Once USPS marks a package as delivered, the responsibility transfers to the carrier and the delivery location.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and retrieve packages promptly after delivery.


11. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

• incorrect address
• delivery refusal
• failure to retrieve the package

Customers will be responsible for additional reshipping costs before the order can be sent again.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
